When is it a good time to clean out His closet?
a) Never.
b) No answer.
c) Only you can decide.
d) All of the above.
What can you, the newly widowed, do in order to move forward with the rest of your life?
Perhaps it’s time to clean out His closet.
Only you can decide.
Don’t be afraid; be prepared. don’t do it alone.
Here is one tip to help you get through that task:
The next time someone says, “If there is anything I can do, please don’t hesitate to ask…”
Stop them.
Tell that person, “As a matter of fact, there is.”
Then tell that person, “I have to clean out His closet. I don’t want to do it alone. Could I ask your help?”
Then make an appointment to meet at your house.
Do it.
Don’t delay.
You’ll be sad.
I know.
You’ll be sorry.
I know.
You’ll think you can’t do it.
But you can.
I know.
Go ahead.
And I promise if you follow this tip, you’ll be one baby step closer to getting on with the rest of your life.
Oh yeah, and don’t forget to give that person a hug.
So, what are you waiting for?
